This cross-platform, Web-based solution helps us give our customers the highest level of service and support. eCare is secure, 100% pure Web, compatible with Windows XP, 2000, 98 & NT, plus Mac OS 9, OS X & Jaguar.
Who gets eCare tech support?
• All Internet@Dalton customers with dialup or DSL.
• All Morrison’s Computers customers with a valid warranty.
• Anyone else on a per incident charge of $35.
